Meet Dr. JP

Welcome!

It is great that you stopped by. If this is our first-time meeting or, if you attended one of my speaking events or reviewed my profile on LinkedIn or Clubhouse, I am delighted that you are here.

I work with diverse, highly qualified, credentialed nurse leaders who have done everything right, but still are “invisible”.  I help passionate, high-performing nurse leaders rediscover your power, shatter professional ceilings, and become the trailblazers that you are so you can continue to positively transform your career, the profession we love, and our current healthcare system.

Using my ACT THRIVE® methodology to discover your unique skillset, I partner with you to understand your dreams. Together we design a personalized leadership identity strategy (PLIS). And when executed, the tactics can position you to tackle your next leadership opportunity with courage and confidence.

I am not your average diverse executive nurse leadership expert, I think differently! A lot of diverse nurse leaders believe that the conference, content, and credential trap will help get them to their next leadership level. REALLY! You need more!

Instead of just giving you content to digest and leaving you stranded to figure out on your own how to strategically prepare and position yourself, I continue to journey with you, modifying the plan when needed so you can get to your next leadership opportunity. So don’t ‘throw away your leadership towel’ just yet. When we partner together, you can gain the necessary skillset and I’ll support you so you can grow your expertise.

Why me you say? I have a strong nursing leadership development and strategic positioning background, so I know the return on investment for organizations when there is a diverse, high performing, focused and exceptional nurse leader transforming the work culture. I also know that everyone gets better when the leader is exemplary. But what is the return on investment for you?

When nurse leaders collaborate with me, they experience:
